These kits address the shortcomings of the failure prone stock 6G alternator. They feature a larger case for improved cooling and more efficient power production. They do require slight clearancing (5 minute job) on the alternator bracket and swapping to your existing pulley. Mirror-Polish or Powdercoating options are offered. Examples are shown above. The units come raw cast aluminum if no finish option is selected.
For cars with a large amperage appetite look no further than our 250 amp option. These alternators are a BEAST and will satisfy even the biggest amperage appetites!
The Big 3 option is a wiring kit that replaces your factory power and ground cables with robust 0 gauge heavy duty, 100% copper welding cable. It also introduces a second ground cable and a fuse on the power cable. These cable kits are HIGHLY recommended as the stock wiring is only 10 gauge at it's smallest point which isn't even adequate for the stock alternator. Combine that with 20+ years of copper degredation and corrosion it's a recipe for disaster and an underperforming alternator. **Big 3 upgrade is REQUIRED on 250 amp units to retain warranty. If you don't purchase the wiring kit from us you will be required to provide proof of installation of a wiring upgrade on your vehicle in order for warranty to be approved.
**These units do NOT come with a pulley, they are shown for demonstration purposes only. You must run the correct size pulley for your lower pulley size. The stock alternator pulley size is too small for ANY size lower! Damage from overspinning is not covered under the warranty. Running the correct size pulley will prevent overspin damage. PLEASE SEE PULLEY GUIDE IN IMAGES ABOVE.

If you need it faster than that, please let us know when you order and we will make every effort to accomodate you. We understand that people have race or show events they like to attend and we've been there. But, we have to know as early as possible in order to take action.
***If powder coat option is selected but no color is specified, your alternator will be coated flat black.
KMJ Titan Series Alternator Kit (For 03-04 Cobra)
A Lifetime Warranty is standard for ALL units sold and shipped to customers in the continental US. Lifetime warranty covers the original purchaser for defects in materials and workmanship. Should the unit fail to function we will repair or replace it free of charge minus shipping costs to us. Warranty does not cover improper installation or physical damage. Special coatings/finishes will be rebuilt using the original housings. International orders are not covered under warranty due to logistic expenses.

Every KMJ Alternator is hand built to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment. (8-10 days for special finishes or during sales) Expedited service available, please let us know as soon as you place the order if you need it faster and we'll do everything we can to make it happen. Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled as we order parts for builds immediately upon purchase.

Great alternator, great customer service. Ken knows these cars and was a huge help in helping me selecting correct size alt pulley for my 2.3 Whipple swap. I have owned 3 Terminator cobras in my lifetime. Every single one I have fitted with one of these KMJ Titan alternators. This is probably one of the best preventive maintenance modifications you can do on these cars especially if you decide to run a smaller pulley to run more boost. These things are built to withstand a ton of abuse and LAST! KMJ offers a great warranty with these and I guarantee this will be the last alternator you will ever buy! 5 Stars!
Instalation was great with the included instructions on where to grind the alternator bracket for proper clearencing. The staff also replied to emails on my questions on getting the proper alternator pulley and even where to order it from. Big 3 wiring kit was easy to install, and looks good.
