These kits address the shortcomings of the failure prone stock 6G alternator. They feature a larger case for improved cooling and more efficient power production. They do require slight clearancing (5 minute job) on the alternator bracket and swapping to your existing pulley. Mirror-Polish or Powdercoating options are offered. Examples are shown above. The units come raw cast aluminum if no finish option is selected.

**These units do NOT come with a pulley, they are shown for demonstration purposes only. You must run the correct size pulley for your lower pulley size. We can help you determine which pulley you need. The stock alternator pulley size is too small for ANY size lower! Damage from overspinning is not covered under the warranty. Running the correct size pulley will prevent overspin damage.
KMJ Titan Series Alternator Kit (For 03-04 Cobra)
A Lifetime Warranty is standard for ALL domestic orders. Lifetime replacement warranty covers the original purchaser for defects in materials and workmanship. Should the unit fail to function we will replace it free of charge minus shipping costs to us. Warranty does not cover improper installation or physical damage. Special coatings/finishes will be rebuilt using the original housings. International orders are not covered under warranty due to logistic expenses.

Every KMJ Alternator is hand built to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment. (8-10 days for special finishes or during sales) Expedited service available in some circumstances. Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled as we order parts for builds immediately upon purchase.
